Out-of-court dispute settlement bodies

Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market for Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (DSA) provides users of online platforms with the option to utilize an out-of-court dispute resolution system.

The NMHH maintains an official public register of the bodies designated by the President of the NMHH as out-of-court dispute settlement bodies pursuant to Article 21 of the Digital Services Act (DSA), in accordance with Section 13(2) of Act CIV of 2023 on Certain Rules regarding Online Intermediary Services (Iszt.). Pursuant to Section 14(4) of the Iszt., the data contained in the register are public and accessible via the NMHH’s website.

The out-of-court resolution of all types of disputes pursuant to Article 21 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market for Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (DSA). The Council’s area of expertise covers all illegal content and the terms and conditions of all online platform providers.
