The NMHH maintains an official public register of the bodies designated by the President of the NMHH as out-of-court dispute settlement bodies pursuant to Article 21 of the Digital Services Act (DSA), in accordance with Section 13(2) of Act CIV of 2023 on Certain Rules regarding Online Intermediary Services (Iszt.). Pursuant to Section 14(4) of the Iszt., the data contained in the register are public and accessible via the NMHH’s website.
Further rules on out-of-court dispute settlement bodies are detailed in NMHH Decree 4/2024 (III. 21.) on the detailed rules applicable to out-of-court dispute settlement bodies.
