Identifier use by electronic communication service providers is subject to authorisation by the NMHH, and such authorisation can be withdrawn upon request or an ex officio procedure. Procedures initiated at the request of an electronic communication service provider: identifier reservation; identifier assignment; number block transfer; identifier transfer; identifier revocation.

The Authority will carry out the procedures in the order of receipt of applications, and will issue a decision on identifier use. The authorisation procedure, as well as the right to reserve and use an identifier, is subject to payment of a statutory fee.

Submission of applications

In administrative matters relating to identifier management, the Identifier Management Unit of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority acts in first instance.

Submission via the Data Gateway

An identifier authorisation application may be submitted electronically via the electronic administration interface of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority, through the Data Gateway (Adatkapu), using a Declaration form.
