The subject of the public hearing will be the utilisation of the 3400-3800 MHz frequency band. At the hearing, the Authority will be open to stakeholders' preliminary opinion on the utilisation of the EU-harmonised 3400-3800 MHz frequency band.

The public hearing will be preceded by a manufacturers' industry forum to broadly notify stakeholders.
The industry forum and subsequent public hearing will be held on 4 December 2014 at the Event and Training Centre of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority (1027 Budapest, Fő utca 80.). The industry forum will begin at 10:00 am and the public hearing at 11:00 am.

The preparatory documents on the public hearing’s topic will be published by the Authority on its website, with the exception of trade secrets, by 24 November 2014 at the latest.

Please note that stakeholder positions, recommendations and comments may be presented at the public hearing at the latest, in spoken or written form. The Authority will publish electronic documents pertaining to the public hearing sent to 3400info3800@nmhh.hu on its website by the eighth day preceding the hearing.
The persons and organisations defined in Section 1(b)-(d) of the Electronic Communications Act and manufacturers and consumer interest groups can RSVP to the event by 17 November 2014 at the latest, using the 3400info3800@nmhh.hu e-mail address. The event is not open to the press.

The Authority will prepare a summary on the public hearing containing the comments and proposals presented and expressed at the hearing, except data classified by commenters or proposers as trade secrets. The Authority will publish the summary on its website within thirty days of the hearing.
