Commissioner for Fundamental Rights and Commissioner for Educational Rights
The Commissioner for Fundamental Rights (CFR) is an independent human rights institution. It is responsible for protecting people's fundamental rights, monitoring the proper legal functioning of public bodies and institutions, and acting to redress citizens' grievances. The Commissioner pays particular attention to the protection of the fundamental right to human dignity, the rights of children, the interests of future generations, the rights of national minorities, the rights of persons with disabilities and the rights of the other most vulnerable groups in society.

Pursuant to Section 2:42 of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, everyone shall have the right, subject to limitations by law and by the rights of others, to exercise his personality rights freely, in particular the right to have respect for his private and family life, his home, and to his communications made by whatever ways or means, and the right to good reputation and not to be hindered by anyone from exercising these rights.
