Decree 6/2017. (VI. 21.) NMHH on the reporting obligation of operators in the postal market to the communications authority and establishing the rules on data management stipulates that postal operators shall submit a report containing quantitative data, turnover and costs related to postal services as well as information concerning the quality delivered during the provision of postal services and the infrastructural, physical and human resources used for the purposes of providing postal services to the communications authority by 31 March every year for the preceding year by filling out the electronic form available on the communications authority’s website.
