Data provision and registration in non-civil procedures

Upon the request of the non-civil frequency user, the NMHH Office (VRFGF/NARFA HU) provides data for long-term planning.

Non-civil frequency users are required to provide data to the NMHH Office (VRFGF/NARFA HU):

  • as specified in the radio license;
  • on all their long-term development plans and concepts concerning spectrum management and planning at the request of the NMHH Office (VRFGF/NARFA HU);
  • about the changes in the licensee's identification data;
  • on the termination of the radio application.

With the exception of simplified radio licenses, the NMHH Office (VRFGF/NARFA HU) registers – in its official register for non-civil purposes – the valid individual licenses per licensee and their contents about

  1. the basic technical characteristics of radio equipment,
  2. the installation and transmitting characteristics of radio stations and, in case of a mobile or portable station, also the area of operation,
  3. the system technical structure of the network,
  4. operating time, purpose of installation, operation.

With the exception of simplified radio licenses, the non-civil official register of the NMHH Office (VRFGF/NARFA HU) is not public.

In case of a simplified radio license, the NMHH Office (VRFGF/NARFA HU) shall register the notified data. With regard to the simplified radio license, the data identifying the non-civil user shall not be public.
