Data provision for planning purposes in non-civil procedures

The NMHH Office (VRFGI/NARFA HU) shall provide data for the non-civil frequency user or its authorized representative with upon request.

• For the preparation of the frequency use, or for the planning of a radio system (data provision for planning purposes) VRFGF/NARFA HU shall specify
• the frequency band, sub-band, frequency, or channel which could be assigned for planning,
• the conditions of the frequency use,
• the requirements of the electromagnetic compatibility,
• the scope and form of data required for international coordination,
• the formal and substantive requirements for the technical plan to be submitted,
• the period of validity of the data provided,
• the requirement to submit other data, declarations and documents in the original form or a copy.
• For the procurement by public procurement, VRFGF/NARFA HU shall specify the intended frequency band, frequency or channels and the conditions of the frequency use, as well as the period of validity of the data.
