The President of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority (hereinafter called as NMHH), taking into account the principles of the objective, transparent and non-discriminatory procedure, stipulated in Section 6 of the NMHH Decree 4/2011 (X. 6.) on the rules of auction and tender for obtaining spectrum licence, amends with effect from February 27, 2023 the documentation of the auction procedure for the entitlement to the radio spectrum use of the 32 GHz frequency band published on the web site of the NMHH on February 10, 2023.

The amendment affects the following points of the documentation:

• Paragraphs No. (3), (130), (134), (139), (141), and (142), as well as
• Annexes No 2. 3/A. 3/B. and 3/C.
