Despite the coarse language, Hír TV and Karc FM broadcast a programme in the afternoon resulting in the Media Council of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority (NMHH) imposing fines of HUF 100 thousand and HUF 50 thousand respectively.

The winner of the tender procedure announced for the commercial use of the Budaörs 104.8 MHz local frequency is Hunicom Stúdió Kft.

The council levied a total penalty of HUF 30 thousand for the service provider of Karc FM for broadcasting less talk, Hungarian music and public service programmes and programmes for the local community and including more music than contractually assumed, beside broadcasting public service advertisements on 100 occasions without naming who commissioned the advertisement.

The Media Council imposed fines of HUF 100 thousand and HUF 50 thousand on the service providers of Hír TV and Karc FM respectively for broadcasting the programme entitled Paláver without an age-rating of +16, and not in the time slot of 9:00 pm and 5:00 am despite the coarse language in the programme.

The television aired the programme after 3.30 pm, the radio after 4.00 pm, in both cases no age-rating was displayed.
