Pursuant to Article 40/A (2) of Act C of 2003 on Electronic Communications, the Office of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority, as Contracting Authority, published on 10 March 2016, on its website (www.nmhh.hu) and on its Bulletin Board at 1015 Budapest, Ostrom u. 23-25., the draft tender documentation for the auction procedure to be announced regarding the spectrum licences available in the 3400–3800 MHz frequency band.

Positions, suggestions and other comments concerning the draft Documentation may be submitted to the Contracting Authority in writing within twenty (20) days of publication of the daft Documentation, by 30 March 2016 at the latest. These comments may be submitted either in writing by mail (1376 Budapest, Pf. 997.) or delivered in person to the address of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority (NMHH) at 1015 Budapest, Ostrom u. 23-25. Comments may also be submitted via email, addressed to 3500MHz@nmhh.hu.
