New draft documentation has been published for the tender procedure for spectrum licences relating to broadband services

Pursuant to Section 40/A (1) of Act C of 2003 on Electronic Communications (hereinafter: Electronic Communications Act), the draft documentation of the tender procedure for the acquisition of spectrum licences for broadband services was published today by the National Media and Infocommunications Authority (hereinafter: Contracting Authority) on its website — available both in Hungarian and English— and on its Bulletin Board at its headquarters located at 1015 Budapest, Ostrom u. 23–25. Market players involved in the development of the Hungarian digital economy are considered strategic partners, so the Authority is inviting comments from operators.

Positions, suggestions and other comments (hereinafter: comments) concerning the draft Documentation can be submitted to the Contracting Authority in writing within twenty (20) days of publication of the draft Documentation, i.e. by 7 May 2014.
