Media Council: incorrect age-rating for one of the Balázsék shows
At its latest meeting, the Media Council of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority (NMHH) imposed a fine of HUF 500 thousand on the operator of Rádió 1 of Budapest for incorrect age-rating in a procedure launched on the basis of a citizen report.

The Media Council of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority (NMHH) announced the winners of the tenders for radio frequencies Velence Meleg-hegy 90.4 MHz and Veszprém 90.6 MHz, called on bidders to remedy deficiencies as part of the formal examination of the bids submitted for the Sopron 94.1 MHz frequency and finalised the call to tender for the Kecel 99.6 MHz radio frequency. In addition, the Council imposed a fine due to deviations in the radio programming schedule.
Parties started campaigning with a one-month delay
In the campaign period a total of 895 advertisements – 655 on television, 240 on radio – were aired.
NMHH Media Council: 18 new films from HUF 100 million funding
At its weekly session, the Media Council of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority (NMHH) awarded HUF 102.6 million to 18 applicants under the Hungarian Media Patronage programme. Within the Ágoston Kollányi tender, 11 non-fiction films and an additional 7 motion pictures for Internet publication as part of the János Neumann tender were awarded.
