The International Radio Regulations, adopted by the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-15) in 2015, allocated the 694-790 MHz band (700 MHz band) currently used for broadcasting, to both broadcasting and mobile services (except for aeronautical mobile services), on a co-primary basis.
