In accordance with Section 35 (2) of Act CL of 2016 on the General Administrative Order, "unless the law or the government decree provides otherwise, the application may be submitted to the authority in writing or in person" (Hereinafter: "in writing"), or electronically (not in writing), hereinafter referred to collectively as "the Act on the General Rules of Electronic Administration and Confidentiality of Services" : verbally) contacts the client and the participants in the procedure. "Therefore, we can not accept the letter sent by e-mail to an administrative procedure.

• hand over personally to Customer Service at the 1133 Budapest XIII., Visegrad Street 106;
• sent by the Authority Data Gateway (http://nmhh.hu/cikk/429/Tajekoztato_az_NMHH_Adatkapu_mukodeserol). (The data gateway can be used either by pre-registered.)
