The Internet Hotline is an online information and help service operated by the National Media and Infocommunications Authority since 2011 as a public interest service.
In 2023, for the first time in the hotline’s history, the National Media and Infocommunications Authority has published an Annual Report about the Internet Hotline’s results/activities.
The reasons for the publication of the Annual Report ‘2022’ are twofold. On the one hand, it provides a detailed insight into the hotline’s activities in 2022, the evolution of the number of reports, trends and analysts’ experiences and conclusions.
On the other hand, it also provides general information about the Internet Hotline’s procedures, legal framework, the reporting categories it can handle and also the options on how to contact the service.
