The Kék Vonal Helpline has been operating in Hungary since 1993, with the mission of helping children, young people under the age of 24 and parents in need. Contacting the helpline is free and could be anonymous, its phone number (for children and young people: 116-111, for parents: 116-000) is operating continuously and the helpline also has a chat room for children (https://kek-vonal.hu/fiataloknak/chat).

A close partnership has developed over the years between IH's analysts and Kék Vonal’s helpers. The two organisations frequently contact each other, whether it is in the preparation of some technical materia or the handling of a report, especially when the complainant is a child.
