Number of product placements by product class (top 10)

Based on statistics for 2015 by Nielsen Audience Measurement, most advertisements fell into the medicinal product, food retail, credit/loan, hypermarket, other retail, mobile subscription and car product categories, respectively. The top list of product placements in self-produced shows did not reflect this trend. On an annual aggregate basis, most frequent product placements identified included cars, other services and men’s/women’s clothing.
