In the presentation entitled ‘Exit paths from the labyrinths of the world wide web’ (Kiutak a világháló útvesztőiből) held as part of the training for the Pest County crime prevention desk officers, a staff member of NMHH’s Digital Literacy Development Unit reported on the activities of Internet Hotline, especially the cases relevant to child protection issues.

The lecture provided an overview on the activities of Internet Hotline, and listed details about categories and cases related to internet threats to children. The issues discussed included online bullying and sexting. The objective of the presentation was to equip crime prevention desk officers visiting elementary and secondary schools with up-to-date knowledge and to enable them to promote the Internet Hotline legal advisory service as an effective solution among children.
