When fulfilling its authority tasks the National Communications Authority acts according to the provisions of the law on the public administration procedure and the general rules of service with the departures laid down in Act 100 of 2003 on electronic communications.
The first and second instance decisions adopted according to the general rules of state administration procedures are laid down in decisions on the subject matter of the given case and in orders on other issues concerning the procedure.
According to the Act on electronic communications the authority publishes its market surveillance decisions. Publication is not hindered by request of revision of the decision by court. The fact of appeal filed against the published decisions and the resolution adopted by the court in the course of the revision must also be published.
