What does the loyalty declaration mean?
The contract can be concluded for a definite or undefinite period. The contract for a definite period generally contains loyalty declaration, where the future subscriber undertakes to buy the service from the same service provider for a short (generally 1 year) or a long (generally 2 years) period of time. During the time of the loyalty the subscriber remains the customer of the service provider, the fees should be paid in every case, illness, financial difficulties, removal, when the subscriber doesn’t need the service.
It is important to pay attention to the fact, that in the case of removal at the new location the use of the service can be failed due to technical reason as well (e.g. ADSL), but the payment of the service must go on.
