What documents and certificates need to be filed for the issuance of frequency assignment resolution?
According to Decree No. 6/2004. (IV. 13.) IHM of the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications on the authority’s procedures of civil frequency management:
The request of frequency assignment shall include:
a) the applicant’s
aa) identification data,
ab) company data,
ac) bank account number,
b) the purpose of and technical reasons for frequency usage,
c) identification of the frequency, channel or frequency band and antenna polarisation intended to be used; in the case of optional request the preferences;
d) identification of the mode of modulation;
e) identification of the area of frequency usage in a schematic map of A4 or A3 size with a scale that enables identification of the area;
f) all facts and circumstances that have an impact on selection of other parameters of usage of the frequency, channel or frequency band;
g) technical plan in one copy;
h) data needed for international coordination;
i) request of block management;
j) request of connection to other radio system and its method;
k) data needed for the authority register;
l) copy of consent granted by other body in connection with the installation; and
m) declaration of the designer – with calculations – on compliance with the health requirements for radiation.
(2) Company data shall not be submitted if the applicant has valid frequency assignment or radio license and the company data shown therein have not changed until the submission of the application. This fact shall be shown in the application.
(3) The requirements for the content of the technical plan are shown in Annex 2. If the technical plan contains the data identified in paragraph (1) these shall not be shown in the application.
